Jess Latchford will be presenting at and chairing the afternoon seminar sessions on food waste at this year's London Produce Show. Held at the Grosvenor Hotel in London on the 9th June, this formidable event unites the fresh produce industry from coast to coast. This year, the organisers have recognised the importance of dedicating time to the problem of #surplusfood and #foodwaste which we all know is so prevalent, especially within this industry. Jess' presentation will be followed by Brad Rickard of Cornell University and a panel discussion from Feedback Global.
